Job Title: Production Maintenance

Location: Watertown

Department: Maintenance

Position Summary

· Knowledge of equipment used in production processes and ability to fix and trouble shoot issues as well as prioritize required maintenance.

· Knowledge of facility maintenance and infrastructure.

· Knowledge of preventative maintenance programs and ability to create and follow PM processes.

· Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles as it relates to maintaining processes.

· Performs other duties and assumes accountabilities as apparent or as delegated.

Position Requirements

Knowledge of equipment and facility maintenance. Leadership skills, Self-motivated, and self-directed. A degree in a mechanical field is preferred.

Experience

Knowledge of maintenance fundamentals. 10 years or more work experience in manufacturing plant experience. Relevant equipment knowledge with emphasis on molding presses, secondary equipment, safety, and environmental requirement.

Looking for a person who can spend the next five years studying under the Plant Superintendent learning all of the equipment and building needs to take on that role when that person retires.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
